Another patient success story!

Another patient success story!

Mr. Binder came to us after his knee wasn't getting better after a fall at home. His injury required surgery and just 4 months later he was back to normal! Read his testimony below.

I came to Beacon Orthopedics 2 and 1/2 weeks after I injured my right knee. I had fallen down

some steps. I had intense pain initially, but that improved quickly. I continued to limp so I made the

appointment, expecting to be told that it just need more time to heal. I saw Erinn, P.A., first.

She was friendly and competent. Within 2 minutes she had noticed a significant physical

finding and wanted me to get an MRI. I was surprised. Dr. McClung also examined me

and agreed with her findings. A MRI was arranged for that same morning and surgery scheduled for 2 days later.

I was diagnosed with a complete tear of the quadriceps tendon.

I didn’t fully realize the extent of my injury at that time. It was going to take my commitment to learning

how I needed to adjust and rehab my knee. Erinn and Dr. McClung were very supportive. They had patience

answering my questions. They were always friendly and encouraging to me during my recovery. I can’t tell how much it meant to me to have that support when I was a vulnerable patient. I am doing well and and now returning to my old activities.
